Looking for Unity/Unreal Developer & 3D Designer for High-Quality Mobile Virtual Mall Application

I am looking for an experienced Unity or Unreal Engine developer, along with a professional 3D designer, to help me create a high-quality virtual shopping mall mobile application (iOS & Android).

The mall environment and each store should look as realistic and luxurious as the sample images I will provide. I want a similar quality level in both the general mall environment and the interior of each store.

Requirements:
- Design high-quality 3D models for the mall and store interiors (realistic lighting, detailed materials, and textures).
- Optimize the 3D models for mobile (low poly + baked lighting/textures) to ensure smooth performance.
- Integrate the environment into Unity or Unreal Engine and support mobile export (APK & IPA).
- Support free navigation inside the mall (third-person or free camera).
- Work closely with me on UI/UX for the app screens (store navigation, product details, cart, etc.).
- Ability to collaborate remotely and provide regular updates.
