Karaokê Desktop App (Windows)

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a karaoke desktop app for Windows. The app should have a graphical user interface (GUI) and support MP4 files. Specifically, I need the developer to create an application that can play songs with lyrics that are supplied by me (the client). As this is a time-sensitive project, I need it completed within one month. The developer must also ensure that the app functions properly on all common versions of Windows, including the latest versions (Windows 8/10). Furthermore, I require a testing period on my end (as the client) to monitor the performance and satisfaction of the application before it goes live. Finally, I expect regular updates and reports from the developer throughout the project.
I have specific features in mind for this app and am looking for the freelancer to work accordingly. Furthermore, I want the programming language used for this app to be Python.
