Granny 1.8.5 Custom Expansion
Budget: €300 – €450 EUR
I want to push Granny 1.8.5 far beyond the vanilla experience while still keeping the original APK intact. The core aim is to expand game content, so every change needs to feel like a natural (yet scarier) extension of what’s already there.
Scope of the work
• Decompile the IL2CPP APK, extract every model, texture, animation and sound, then rebuild the project in Unity so nothing original is lost.
• Add two fully playable floors above the current attic—labelled 5 and 6. Their main draw must be brand-new puzzles and items that knit seamlessly into existing escape routes.
• Bring in a Slendrina basement crossover. I’m after the full “Cellar” map beneath the house plus new items specific to Slendrina that tie into fresh objectives.
• Re-script Granny so she’s smarter, faster and able to crawl anywhere the player can. Path-finding, detection logic and animation sets will all need tightening to raise the tension.
• Create any additional animations required for Granny, Slendrina and the player interactions.
• Finish with at least one extra escape method that uses the new areas.
Technical notes
Unity expertise is essential, especially around IL2CPP reverse engineering, asset unpacking and rebuilding custom IL2CPP libraries. If you prefer specific tools such as dnSpy, IL2CPP Dumper or AssetRipper, that’s perfectly fine as long as the final APK installs and runs on stock Android without needing root.
Milestones & testing
I’m structuring payments around working checkpoints—once each part is delivered and I can load it on a device, the corresponding milestone is released. Think: base project set-up, extra floors playable, Slendrina basement integrated, AI overhaul, final polish.
This mod is for private use only (friends and LAN parties), so no DRM or obfuscation worries—just clean, stable code. If you’re comfortable tackling complex Unity horror projects, let’s talk timeline and lock in those milestones.
