Game develpment

Job ID: 36065222

Budget: $50 – $0 USD

If you're interested in this job, here're the things we need to fix:

1. In the "near" section, it looks like the control panel has shifted down, so that it's pretty low. I know that we/you had probably moved it lower so that the grid in front was completely visible, but it may need to be brought up a little because the player has to bend over quite a bit to access the controls. There's a round disc on the bottom of that control panel assembly that's below the floor. Again, if this raises it too much and we can no longer see the grid, then we'll have to let this one go.

2. In both the "assembly" section, when we first enter the ensmallen chamber, and also in the "near" section, two things are happening - first, it's possible to teleport almost out of that little circular area, and either wind up beyond that area, or else wind up about 2-3 ft higher, which is really destabilizing for someone. Is there a way to both shrink that so that no one can go off the edge, and also to keep someone from winding up 2-3 ft in the air?

3. In the "lab" section (before we go into the "assembly", the mirror that the player is supposed to pick up, sometimes it won't snap back to position once the player lets go, it just falls on the table, or worse, on the ground.

4. Same "lab" section, before the "assembly" - that mirror should only be able to be picked up and placed back one time, after that, it shouldn't be actionable.

5. I think we're going to have to hit the player over the head regarding getting closer to that chamber to look in, which triggers going into the chamber. Would you be able to put in a glowing arrow that points at the chamber?

6. When we return to the lab at the end, again, that mirror should not be actionable.

7. Also in that end lab section, the door never appears. The voiceover keeps going and the lab assistant says "you may want to have a glass of water..." but we're still in the lab, until she finishes speaking. I can't remember - did we ask you to take out the door? The game will move the player back to the void, but only after she's finished speaking. Could you please put that door to the void back in?

Hopefully these things are clear, but we're happy to jump on a call with you if not. Doug's bundling the build (which is different from the last one you have, because we added all the German vo subtitles) into a zip.

Again, if this is something you have time for, that would be wonderful! Thank you! Beth and Doug
