Co-Founder for Harness Racing Game Startup
Budget: $50,000 – $100,000 AUD
Looking for a Technical Co-Founder – Harness Racing / Breeding Management Game
I’m currently developing a long-term startup concept centered around a deep harness racing and breeding management game aimed at a global audience.
The vision is to create a strategy-driven ecosystem where players build stables, race horses, breed bloodlines, improve generations over time, and engage in a meaningful progression/economy loop. The core philosophy is:
“breed smarter, not just breed more.”
This is not a short-term freelance project or standard client/contractor arrangement.
I’m specifically looking for a technical co-founder who is excited by the idea of building something long-term from the ground up and is comfortable with an equity-first structure from the outset.
The initial goal is to develop a lean MVP focused on validating the core gameplay loop:
- horse generation
- racing simulation
- breeding/inheritance
- progression/economy feel
- minimal but functional UI
The preferred stack is:
- Unity
- C#
- mobile-first architecture
- scalable long-term approach
I already have:
- detailed game direction
- gameplay philosophy
- feature roadmap
- monetisation direction
- long-term scaling vision
- investor-focused validation approach
What I’m looking for:
- strong Unity/C# developer
- startup mindset
- interested in ownership/equity rather than pure contract work
- someone who wants to help shape the project technically long-term, not just complete tasks
This will suit someone who genuinely enjoys strategy/management systems, progression design, simulation games, or startup building.
If this sounds aligned with you, send me a message and I’ll fill you in on the full vision and roadmap.
