Experienced Unity Game Developer (Budget-Friendly but Skilled)

Looking for an experienced Unity game developer who can take ownership of complete game development and deliver polished, production-ready games.

This is NOT for beginners or developers who only modify templates with minimal effort.

What I’m Looking For:
• Strong experience in polished mobile/PC game development using Unity
• Ability to deliver ready-to-publish games
• Experience with:

* Ads integration (AdMob, Unity Ads, etc.)
* IAP / Subscription systems
* Analytics integration
* Performance optimization (productive and creative mindset)
* QA testing, responsiveness, and bug fixing
• Good understanding of animations, sound effects, UI polish, and overall game feel

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):
• Multiplayer FPS game experience
• AR/VR game development experience

Important:
I’m NOT looking for someone who wants to build every small system completely from scratch and take excessive development time.

We will provide assets from the Unity Asset Store, but you must have a productive and creative mindset to properly implement, customise, optimise, and enhance them so the final game feels polished, premium, and rich — not clunky or poorly assembled.
