Develop Unity Mobile Shooter - THUG -- 2

I am looking for a full-stack Unity multiplayer game developer (or a team) who can build a complete mobile shooter game from scratch.
The game is called THUG – Together Hunt Ultimate Gangs, a competitive third-person 5v5 & 6v6 tactical shooter with a unique betrayal mechanic called Greed Run.
I will provide all 3D character models, rigs, animations, and major environment assets.
You must deliver the full game code, backend, networking, UI, gameplay logic, API integration, and build pipeline.
I need a developer who understands mobile optimization, server-authoritative multiplayer, and AAA-level game structure.
Core Requirements
1. Game Features to Develop

5v5 Tactical Shooter
6v6 GREED RUN Mode (special betrayal round system)

Third-Person Shooter mechanics:
Aim, shoot, crouch, sprint, jump
Skill-based abilities
Character power system (Ultimate + Tactical)
Buy Phase economy system

Weapon system: pistols, ARs, SMG, shotgun, sniper

Team-based rounds, 5 rounds per match

Final round betrayal system (Thug Mode)

Player XP, levels, matchmaking, progression

In-game HUD, minimap, hit markers, kill feed
Inventory: skins, crates, cosmetics
Settings & control customization (sensitivity, layout)

2. Networking Requirements
The game must support two network backends, selectable at runtime:

A. Photon (Fusion or PUN2)

Lobby
Matchmaking

Room creation for 5v5 and 6v6
RPCs, networked objects, server authoritative logic

B. Mirror (Dedicated Server)
Mirror headless server build
Authoritative match rules
SyncVars, Commands, RPCs, room/state machine
Switching System:

Must use an abstraction layer such as:

IMultiplayerService
PhotonService
MirrorService


A toggle in config switches between Photon/Mirror without rewriting gameplay code.

3. Backend Requirements

You must build a complete backend system using Node.js / Express + MySQL/PostgreSQL (Own Server)
Backend includes:
Authentication (JWT)

Player Inventory
Stats & Match History
Leaderboards
Economy & Purchases
Crate/Reward System
Telemetry Events
Remote Config (for balancing values live)
API endpoints must be properly structured and documented.
4. Game Mode: GREED RUN

The developer must implement the provided Greed Run GDD, including:

6v6 rounds
Phase 1 Skirmish
Phase 2 Betrayal
Buffs, debuffs, reward logic
Betrayer SFX, VFX, UI alerts
Server-authoritative validation
Per-round & per-match betrayal limits
Scoreboards & XP distribution

This video is mandatory since I will continue development after delivery.

7. Performance Requirements
Must run smoothly on mid-range Android devices
Optimized network packets
Object pooling for bullets, VFX
LOD levels for environment assets
GPU/CPU benchmarks included

8. Qualification Requirements
Looking only for developers who have:
Experience with Photon or Mirror or both
Past projects in multiplayer shooters
Backend experience
Understanding of authoritative servers
Ability to work with provided 3D models
Excellent documentation skills

Note : This project is large — apply only if you can deliver a complete production-ready multiplayer shooter.
