Develop “Abyssal Depths” Horror Game -- 2

Job ID: 40495530

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

ABYSSAL DEPTHS is my original first-person survival experience that blends stealth and psychological horror. Think Alien: Isolation meets SOMA, set in the crushing black of a deep-sea research facility. I already have the core narrative, world bible, and level flow blocked out; what I need now is a developer who can turn those documents into a playable title on PC and the latest consoles, delivered with a visually realistic art style.

Scope of work
• Build the full game loop around tight, AI-driven stealth mechanics—no combat, just hide, misdirect, and survive.
• Implement systemic fear elements (dynamic lighting, spatial audio, sanity effects) to reinforce the psychological tone.
• Create modular environments that feel claustrophobic yet explorable, using Unreal Engine or Unity HDRP—whichever you can push to higher-end visuals on both target platforms.
• Set up controller and keyboard/mouse schemes, platform-specific optimisations, and scalable graphics settings.

I will supply:
– Detailed design doc (story arc, objectives, trigger events)
– Concept art and reference mood boards
– Priority list of key set-pieces and monster behaviours

Deliverables
1. Vertical-slice prototype showcasing one full level with core stealth loop and placeholder assets
2. Iterative milestones for mechanics polish, environment art pass, and performance QA on PC + console devkits
3. Gold master build and complete project source

Acceptance criteria will be tied to the prototype’s playability, frame-rate targets, and faithful execution of the intended atmosphere.

If deep-ocean dread and meticulous stealth AI are your craft, let’s submerge and bring this nightmare to life.
