Design Free Fire Mechanics
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m building a new title, “Free Fire Mex”, and I’m at the point where solid, engaging game mechanics will make or break the experience. My overall goal is full game development, but the immediate focus is the game-design layer—specifically the core mechanics that will define how players move, shoot, loot, progress and ultimately win each match.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A concise but thorough mechanics design document that explains the moment-to-moment gameplay loops, player progression systems, weapon balancing, and any unique twists we can introduce to stand out in the battle-royale space.
• Simple flowcharts or mock-ups (Figma, Miro or similar) illustrating how these systems interconnect.
• A balancing spreadsheet outlining variables for weapons, abilities and in-match economy so my programming team can plug numbers straight into Unity.
• Iterative feedback cycles—two rounds of revisions—to be sure everything feels fair and fun before we lock the spec.
Experience shaping mechanics for shooters or mobile battle-royale titles is a huge plus, especially if you’ve balanced large player counts and fast time-to-engage scenarios. If you can reference prior work or link to published games that show your hand in the mechanics, that will help me gauge fit quickly.
I’m ready to begin as soon as I find the right designer and will be available daily for quick feedback, play-session reviews, and brainstorming. Let’s craft mechanics that keep players dropping back into Free Fire Mex for “just one more match.”
