Creating a mod for a game with set of functions

Hi, I am looking for a freelancer who can create a mod for an Iron Oath game with a specific set of functions. I have a detailed list of these functions, however I am open to your suggestions. This mod may need to be regularly updated, so you need to be comfortable working on it over a longer period of time.
