I need a cohesive, production-ready architectural walk through 3D model that covers every built element on my multi-acre hospitality site: the main hotel, a series of townhouse residences, and several standalone cabins. Your first task is the exterior pass. I am looking for detailed architecture and materials—façades, roof assemblies, glazing, railings—integrated into a believable environment that includes the river frontage, surrounding forest, property roads, lighting, and hard-scape features. Once that exterior shell feels real, we will move indoors.

Phase two moves to interiors with an emphasis on guest-facing areas. Common spaces such as lobbies and lounges must convey atmosphere, scale, and material richness. From there we transition into living spaces—bedrooms and living rooms—keeping performance in mind so the model remains smooth when deployed. Kitchens and bathrooms can wait for a later round.

The end goal is an interactive asset that runs flawlessly in a modern browser and inside the Unity engine. WebGL 2.0 and Three.js will drive the online experience; the same geometry should slot directly into a Unity project for in-house VR reviews. Clean hierarchy, PBR-ready textures, and GPU-efficient poly counts are essential.

Deliverables

• Interior scene pass covering specified common areas and living spaces
• Optimised WebGL 2.0 build using Three.js, ready to upload to a web host
