Augmented reality viewer

I need an application where the first activity is a kind of tooltips about the operation of the application. In the next activity, a background with a nice design should appear, and below three buttons, a central one to activate the camera and start scanning, a second button to create the markers where the photograph will be scanned, used as a marker and linked to the video to show and finally a third gallery button where you can see all the bookmarks created.
