The single must-have feature is a robust multiplayer mode with smooth matchmaking, stable sessions, and minimal latency. Everything—from the first prototype to the final store-ready build—needs to be handled, including artwork integration, sound, UI, and a scalable back-end that can grow as the player base increases.
