I want a VR Oculus game

I want a freelancer to bid if you have experience in making a VR game for oculus. This game will be played on Oculus quest headset. This is the features in the game A VR tennis ball, with a single player, and a tennis machine (bot) will be throwing ball in different directions to improve the player and the player will have a coach that will be instructing him how to play and how to win. It will also have a scoreboard session where a the high score are recorded like score history. Here is the features kindly bid. My budget is fixed and my time limit is small.
