3D visualization of GIS application (API integration)

We are developing a web-based 3D digital replica of a large-scale facility spanning multiple acres. This project requires an eye for on geospatial accuracy and high-quality visual detail.
This is not a gaming project - we are looking for someone with experience in integrating API-driven data layers (e.g., roads, trees, pathways) into 3D environments.
Ideal Qualifications:
Expertise in 3D visualization for web applications
Experience with WebGL optimization techniques, including LOD (Level of Detail), instancing, and texture atlasing
