3d unity Game development

I am looking for someone responsible and kind that I can choose to work with me on a long term project and can build me a 3d game from scratch, I don't not have a reference or assets but I have my own ideal and I can provide you a role map script for the game and I think as a professional you can just generate some free assets from store that will suit this game to make it quality after sharing you the script and tell me what you can do we can now discuss about the budget as my budget is very fare budget and this time and after this I have more projects coming.
