Vr scenario working at heights -- 3

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a VR scenario through out Unity that will be compatible with Oculus. The scenario should focus on emergency response and should cover proper equipment usage and risk assessment. I need help with both the development and design/concept of the project. The ideal candidate should have experience in VR development, design, and should be able to create a realistic environment that will help users develop emergency response skills.
