Vr model for pipeline isolation plug -- 2

My project is to create a Virtual Reality (VR) model for an isolated pipeline plug. The purpose of the VR model is to provide training and education on the pipeline plug. Specifically, I need the VR model to enable movement within three different rooms. The first room is for view-only, to give an overview of the space and the pipeline isolation plug. The second room allows the user to interact with the model, to help gain a better understanding of the pipeline isolation plug . The third room will contain a quiz that will test the user’s knowledge of the pipeline plug. The level of detail required for the VR model is basic representation.
