modding & Video Game Programmers

I am an Assasin's Creed YouTuber who is looking to hire skilled modders to pioneer modding in Assassin's creed. Currently, Modding is strictly limited to retextures, playable characters in some games, and NPC outfits. I am looking for modders to figure out how to and then make mods that change gameplay features, as well as other technical aspects. Potential Long term project so let me know if you are interested. If you are good at making reshades that would be great too:
- The main games I need help with are Assassin's Creed Origins & Assassin's Creed Unity.
