mediapipe + unity development, facial and iris segmentation

Looking for an experienced developer who can help with mediapipe in unity for ios and android.
It should be done with facial, iris, and hair segmentation (we may skip hair due to that people colour their hair so it is not useful...).
The job is paid work and the project is in two parts. I am wondering if you are interested in helping me?
Part 1:
detect skin colour, iris colour, lip colour and hair colour and a colour on a surface.
Part 2:
add 11 more filters for the facial area.
This part has 8 filters done and has the structure ready for the following filters. For an experienced mediapipe developer this would be a straightforward job to complete.
Please note: you must have installed mediapipe and the add in for unity have done compilations and in the run time version.
