Make a game like Talking Tom

I am looking to hire a freelancer for a game development project. The game I would like to create is inspired by the popular “Talking Tom” app, but without the microphone response element. The game will have a unique sound feature that will trigger specific responses in the game. The platform I need this game to be developed for is for windows with mobile phone resolution, and I would like it to be built using the Unity game engine and give the unity template.
