I am looking for a freelancer who can build me a mobile poker (for Android and iOS) and Admin Panel to manage everything in the backend, game server and robot(AI).

My deadline is 3 months. looking for freelancers who can allocate enough resources to complete the project all the way to production release in AppStore/PlayStore in 3 months. I will need clear milestones, daily updates and will NOT pay in advance. I will only pay once a milestone is completed to my satisfaction.

All changes must be deployed to a Staging environment first and proper testing must be conducted in the Staging environment. Once all testing is complete then the changes should be carried out to the Production environment.

There must be a proper CI/CD process setup that should automate deployment to the Staging environment first and then to Production. The CI part must do proper unit tests. Consider deploying to Docker containers so that the backend can be deployed to any cloud or even on-prem if we want to in the future. Could use GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions...etc.
