fully rigged characters

Hello I am looking for someone to develop me an unlimited amount of fully rigged characters. It needs to be "rigged fbx unity humanoid rig" low poly optimized for mobiles. I will attach an example. This job will pay $5 per character with rate increasing every 100 characters by $5 per character. This budget is non-negotiable. I will be sending over pictures of characters that I would like to have created. This is for a game that will be released 9 months from this date. If you're patient with the budget and build up of this game this will ultimately lead to a permanent position with our company.
