C# application with augmented reality integrated

Hello,
We will do something like this video but for university ID.
We will do an app using c# that we will have only 2 interfaces:
1) Login page: let the user log in using his username which will be university Id and password
2) Unity camera: it will open him a camera that will come from unity

In unity we want to do something similar to the video below, the student will scan the logo of the university, and his student id and all info in it will appear. the logo is only one for all students. So we want to call the information of the student based on the username logged in at the beginning.

We have the database of the university ready...

Questions:
Is it possible to call information and show them based on the username logged in?
is it possible to embed the unity project we did inside a c# app?



This application will use c# and unity and vuforia and (database but we don't know if SQL, SQLite , or what is the best thing)

Is it possible for us to do something like this? from embedding unity in the application and connecting the database ??
