VR application to demonstrate Artificial neural network for classroom

I am looking to develop a Virtual Reality (VR) application to demonstrate an Artificial Neural Network for students at the university level. The platform I wish for the application to be developed for is the Meta Quest. I have a rough idea of what I would like the layout or design for the application to be, but I am open to suggestions. The target age group for the VR application will be university students. I am looking for somebody who can develop a technically sound and visually pleasing VR application tailored to showcase the capabilities of Artificial Neural Networks and meet the needs of the student demographic.
