AR app from provided graphics, linked to Vuforia

An AR app, built in Unity and linked to Vuforia, that runs videos over target images, managed through the Vuforia CMS. Will need latest APIs for uploading to Apple/Android stores for free download. All graphics and artwork will be provided for a simple app setup (see documentation).
I will only work with individuals who are honest about their fees in advance of accepting the project.
