Unity Project Upgrade + Behavioral Data Logging + Cognitive3D Integration.

Description:
Seeking an experienced Unity developer to assist with a research project involving VR-based training. The tasks include:
1. Upgrade an existing Unity project from 2018.3.6f1 to 2019.4.40f1 (this is a minimum version) to enable SDK compatibility.
2. Integrate the Cognitive3D SDK to track eye and interaction data using the Varjo XR-3 HMD (it works with both with Varjo XR-3 and Oculus Quest 3, and final version should be kept Varjo XR-3 compatible)
3. Implement behavioral and performance data tracking via Unity C# scripts, storing results in CSV format per user.

Specific behavioral and performance variables will be provided. Likewise, a detailed list of eye-tracking metrics and AOIs to be captured via Cognitive3D will be shared after onboarding.

Requirements:
- Proven experience upgrading Unity projects across versions.
- Familiarity with Cognitive3D SDK or equivalent gaze tracking tools.
- Strong skills in Unity XR, C# scripting, and structured experiment data logging.
- Clean, modular code practices and ability to write developer-friendly documentation.

Deliverables:
- Fully upgraded Unity project (2019.4.40f1 or higher)
- Cognitive3D integration with defined AOIs and gaze metrics tracking
- Behavioral and performance data logging implemented and saved as CSV
- Brief developer documentation outlining data structure and logging flow

Please note that no new VR development is required for this project. The goal is solely to upgrade the existing Unity project (originally built in 2018.3.6f1) to a supported version (minimum 2019.4.40f1), integrate the Cognitive3D SDK, and add functionality for logging behavioral data: both to local CSV files and via Cognitive3D metrics (for analysis purposes)
