Upgrade Unity Flutter Android plugin code to work with Unity 2023.1.0b20

I am looking for a skilled developer to upgrade my Unity Flutter Android plugin code to work with Unity 2023.1.0b20. The current version is not compatible with exposed kotlin interfaces/code from Unity and needs to be upgraded in order to work properly.

with an android build created on Unity 2023.1.0b20
I previously used Unity 2021.4.0f1 with the Flutter Android plugin code.
There are no additional features or improvements that I am looking to include in the upgraded plugin code. The ideal candidate will have experience in Unity, Flutter, and Android plugin development. Performance optimization and additional functionalities are a plus.
I've already made required changes for iOS, so no work is required there.
