Unity/unreal with two characters that read text
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want a 3d engine that given a scenario it shows two characters. Like an interviewer and a guesr.
It must allow uploading the text scripts on real time and each character will read them.
I can provide the art for the scenario. It can be static it doesnt requure dynamics.
Im open to listen quotes but they but explain the scope, technology and approach. Would be open to privide a quote including text to soeech so the characters read the text ill provide.
