Unity project UI updates

I have an existing application developed in Unity for VR glasses which needs to be enhanced further. Here is the scope of work:

Create a dynamic background for the UI home page which changes with the time of the day and month of the year
Create animations for specific actions performed in the App (designs for the elements used will be provided) - total 10 actions
Update the splash screen in the App
