Unity 3D iOS Build - Terrain and Environment Error Fix
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Our app built on Unity works perfectly on an Android platform. However, we are experiencing a terrain and environment discontinuity issue after switching to an iOS platform.
There are two sets of environments (i.e. Environment and Environment (1)) which consist of terrain with trees, grass and other assets spawning as the camera moves forward. The code runs well within the first two sets of environments.
In Game Manager settings, the environment and terrain should be automatically extended once the SetNextEnvironment function is triggered so that the terrain continues endlessly.
However, in the iOS platform, the NextEnv (i.e. SetNextEnvironment) function in the Game Manager doesn’t automatically generate the subsequent environments and terrain correctly. For examples, there are no trees and grass in the subsequent terrain spawning past Environment (1).
We need someone to investigate and fix the issue.
