Unity WebGL Multiplayer Kart Game

I'm looking for an experienced Unity developer to create a game similar to Smash Karts, available on WebGL. The game should feature online multiplayer functionality and allow players to select vehicles. I will provide you with necessary Models, UI, Sounds and Effects.
The original Smash Karts have many modes and many extras, I don't want that. I want a simple game with 1 Mode only.
