Unity or Unreal Engine simple game

I am looking for a pc game. To see if you can do it, the first will be easy. What i need is 1 target on the screen and when the user clicks his left mouse button on the target, the target will fall down.
The program does not have to be pretty, this is a test to see if you can do it.
Please advise if you can do it.
