Unity 3D TigerCat 724G Design

I'm seeking a skilled 3D artist to develop a detailed, interactive model of a TigerCat 724G. The essential aspects to be modelled include:
- The exterior: An accurate, medium to high quality representation of the machine's external body. Vehicle functionality is more important than design as long as it looks close to the machine doesn't need to be an exact 1:1. 75% accuracy would suffice
- Operating controls: The design should reflect the real-life operation of the TigerCat 724G, enabling the user to interact as if operating the physical vehicle.
The model should be fully functional, mirroring the real machine's capabilities within a Unity 3D environment. Mastery of Unity 3D and experiential knowledge of vehicle assets design are critical for this project. Familiarity with heavy machinery or similar types of vehicles would be advantageous.
