Unity Testing Room UI & Backend Development

I'm in need of a skilled and experienced Unity and AI developer who can help me build a testing room UI and backend for a factory 3D model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate the provided 3D factory models into the Unity engine.
- Develop a user interface for the testing room.
- Implement the backend functionality for browsing files linked to objects, user interface integrating VR and data visualization, and physics simulations.
- Integrate a local DB such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc that best fits the CAD drawings and other object properties.
- On-premise LLM that will summarize the environments and processing data
The 3D models will be provided in OBJ/or other format, if required. A keen eye for detail and experience in working with complex 3D models in Unity is a must. Please be ready to showcase your previous work with similar projects.
Deadline: 4 weeks
