Unity 3D Technical Artist / Level Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic 3D Technical Artist and Generalist to join our game development team. The ideal candidate would be well-versed in 2D/3D level designing, with a strong background in 3D lighting, shaders, effects(particles/vfx) and related skills. This position requires intrinsic design abilities, digital expertise, and acute attention to detail. You’ll be joining a fast-paced and dynamic game studio where you will have the opportunity to expand your skills working with a wide variety of games. As an integral member of the team, you will be working with the entire 3D art pipeline.
Detail Job Description
• Work with integrating and setting up character, environment assets in Unity3D and assure that assets are of the highest technical quality as per hardware requirements.
• Familiar with particle effects, VFX graph, shader tech, high-level lighting and post processing features.
• You will develop high-quality animation and cinematic production tools.
• Adapt to artistic and technical constraints to create tools and processes to ensure a fast and effective workflow for the artists on a per-project basis.
• Ability to make subtle distinctions between good models and textures and ones that don't meet aesthetic, software or hardware requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with modelling and tech team members to make needed adjustments to the production pipeline and art assets.
• Have extensive knowledge of art packages ranging from modelling to texturing and special effects.
• Be able to customize art packages so that they are as streamlined as possible for specific projects.
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
• Additional experience in 3dsmax or blender, MAYA, Adobe photoshop and other design tools.
