Unity Puzzle Game Developer Needed

I'm interested in creating a 100 level puzzle game for mobile platforms. While I've never worked with Unity before, I'm eager to learn. I'm looking for a freelancer who is experienced with creating mobile games and can guide me through the creation process.

I have pictures i just want to turn into a simple drag and drop puzzle. Just looking for someone to show me how to create a few levels for cheap, please. ?
