Unity Program for IMU Data Visualization

I need a Unity program developed for both Windows and Mac systems. The program's main function is to take data from a non-brand smartwatch's inertial measurement unit (IMU) and display the wrist's position on a 2D visual interface.

Key Requirements:
- The program should be designed with a graphical user interface (GUI) which allows for user-friendly interaction.
- The program should support data transfer from the smartwatch via Bluetooth.
- The visuals presented by the program should be a 2D representation of the wrist's position.
- A virtual sphere will move slowly on the program for the 2D wrist to follow. The path of the virtual sphere can be customized by the user.
- The wrist should follow the virtual sphere. If the distance between the sphere and the wrist is more than a fixed distance, then a warning signal should be sent to the smart watch from the unity program.
- The unity should also have a panel that visualize the raw data of the received IMU data and the mean value of the raw data with a window size of one second.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Unity and C# programming.
- Experience with developing cross-platform software.
- Familiarity with working on GUI development.
- Previous experience with IMU data and smartwatches would be a plus.
