Unity AR OpenCV Hand Gesture Application

I am in need of an expert in Augmented Reality (AR) application development using OpenCV computer vision functions in Unity. The project aims to build an AR application that can recognize hand gestures with the following features:
- Hand Gestures Recognition: The application should be capable of recognizing specific hand gestures including rotating, zooming, and grabbing.
- AR Interaction: The recognised hand gestures should be able to perform actions of rotating the object, zooming in and out, and grabbing, within the AR space.
- Virtual Object Manipulation: The application should enable the hand gestures to manipulate a 3D model.
The successful candidate should have deep experience in AR applications, possess strong skills in OpenCV and Unity, and demonstrate proficiency in processing and interpreting hand gestures. Previous experience with 3D model manipulation in AR is a plus. The candidate should be able to deliver a robust, efficient, and smooth application that seamlessly uses the OpenCV approach for gesture recognition.
