Unity Match 3D puzzle basic scene setup and object movement

The game is similar to Match 3D in https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.loop.match3d&hl=en_US&gl=US. The job not includes any level design, gameplay. It only contains basic scene setup and object movement.
Requirements
- Camera and scene setup. Camera needs to be at top looking down the 3d objects.
- 3d objects should not go out of the main playing screen.
- As you drag 3d objects, they should look at camera (meaning I should not be able to see the sides of 3d object as it goes to one direction just like in the game)
