Unity Game Dev needed for continuing our FPS Shooter

We are out of a bad miss communication with our last developer and stop relation with them. We need a Dev we can trust also for long term relationship for continue our game. The Dev should know to create 3D FPS Shooter, have good AI knowledge and also know how to animate weapons and hands.
