Unity Experience with FireStore and Mapbox

I am facing one issue with Unity Project I am working on. The app is getting stuck or crashed at same point in both Android and iOS. The app is mainly using Firestore as Backend and also have Mapbox integrated.
It will be great if someone can assist me with fixing the issue.
