Unity Developer for Christmas App

I'm looking for a skilled Unity developer to help create an engaging and entertaining Christmas-themed mobile app for Android. We have already built out two games and several scripted animations that parents can personalise using a TTS API, including an AR Storytime feature. But we now need to create a similar scene including Santa character. He will present on screen with 100% API TTS before entering home via AR.
Key Features:
- Santa Claus Character: The app will feature Santa Claus as a central character. I need you to create a lifelike and engaging Santa character.
- Audio Analysis: The app should analyze audio input for gesture movement.
- Lip Sync: Implementing Salsa lip syncing with the character.
Project Purpose:
