Unity Cesium ion plugin

If you have worked with Cesium and if you believe you can do the following:
- Adapt the cesium plugin that shows the whole world to instead only display a squared selected area.
- The squared selected area must be real scale
- The generated mesh map quality must be high (or it can be regulated to find the best relationship between loading time and quality)
- Must be a mesh for me to interact with it.
Optional: Buildings can be enabled and disabled.
