URGENT NEED OF GAME APP DEVELOPMENT

I want a gaming app below are the requirements :
A 2D card game, the example can be taken from Teenpatti.
App (Play Store) + Web (Browser)
Game Development:
1. Choose a tool for development (Ex: Unity, GameMaker)
2. Login through ids or other sources ex: FB, google
3. Multiplayer Game (Room for 3 to 9 players)
4. Invite option for game play and earnings.
5. Wallet, Purchase Option
6. Monetization using Coin system. (Players getting some Diamonds can be converted into coins to play, after losing all the coins and Diamonds needs to Purchase it through money).
7. Version Upgrade for future needs.
