UNITY PROJECT - Setup custom hands for UFPS (Opsive)

Hello, I need to add new first-person arms + weapons with animations to my UFPS character.
The hands, weapons and animations are from this asset :

What I need:
1) To add the arms/weapons/animations to the UFPS character
2) When i pick up the heal with UFPS character I want the healing animation to start with the custom arms.
I just want you to show me how to do the setup (a weapon with a few animations and the healing animation) and I'll do all the weapons.
