Tutor / Mentor / Code Review needed for Unity Project (Indie 2.5D puzzle game)

Job ID: 35214168

Budget: €36 – €0 EUR

We are developing an indie game in Unity for mobile devices. It's an educational game where the user has to solve puzzles by moving 'bricks' around in a 2.5D environment. The bricks are 3D and can be rotated, but the environment is a 2D cartoon style world. Our design is minimalistic, with some small animations and particle effects.
We are a team of 5 people working part time on this app. I am the sole developer / UX designer (in addition to a graphics designer, a sound designer, a product owner, and a marketing manager), but I do not have much experience with both Unity and C#. I do have a solid background in iOS development and try to general programming best practices like SOLID principles and Unit Testing.

What I'm currently looking for is a mentor / tutor for ca. 2-4 hours per week, who can do some code review, answer my urgent questions (where StackOverflow has no answers) and help me with following best practices in Unity development.
First concrete steps would be:
- help me using the Unity Profiler to identify performance bottlenecks
- help optimizing 2D sprite animations (which appear blurry, although the asset .png looks sharp)

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (and/or German)
- solid experience with Unity projects using best practices
- solid understanding of measuring and optimizing performance, especially for animations.
