I'm seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist our mobile game players on iOS and Android. You will primarily address:
- In-app purchase issues
- Complex Player account issues on Playfab
- Problems with granting in-game items
Key requirements:
- Proficient in C#
- Zendesk
