AR Target for Education Module

I wanted a developer that can build a simple app for an AR Target. In the app, there will be an e-module (which I will provide). Inside the e-module, I want several pages that have an AR Target for user to use. Please refer attach video the way I wanted. I would love the picture to be in 3D, but if you can make 2D is fine as well.
