Snachat alike filters Unity

Actually the job is done, but we need to fine tune the way the filters looks in unity so it is fine tuned.

You must have worked with the below:

Android NDK v21.3.6528147
Unity (>= 2020.3.29f1))
Mediapipe-unity-plugin - v0.7.0 as its less error prone.
Flutter-unity-widget
OpenCV for Windows (< 4.0)
Bazel 4.0.0
Python 3.9.x
